Online Verification: VPQ (Verification of Professional Qualifications)

This Online Verification service allows Prospective Employers, Current Employers, or other Educational Institutions to verify the authenticity of an individual's Enrolment or Qualification.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

All UKQAS certificates and/or transcript documents - regardless of level or course, including one-day programmes - issued to learners directly or through an authorized International Study Campus (ISC), can be verified and confirmed via the VPQ (Verification of Professional Qualifications) system. This process utilizes automated online services to save time. To enhance data security, our e-Certificates computer-generated electronic records of academic achievements allow learners and campuses to access a true copy of the full certificate and/or transcript rapidly. Please note that, since the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we have ceased issuing printed hardcopy certificates. If you have received a hardcopy through your campus, it is still necessary to verify it online. All certificates issued by UKQAS must include a unique reference number (comprising 5 to 9 digits) that confirms the certificate's authenticity, ensuring it is genuine and not forged. Learners can verify their certificates instantly and securely online and can download a PDF copy of the certificate using the reference number located at the bottom left of the certificate document.

Additional Verification Requests: This Online Verification System provides information regarding UKQAS students' educational and/or professional achievements. If further verification is required concerning the learner, course, or campus details, a formal written request should be submitted via email to verification@ukqas.org.uk. Each request must specify a valid reason and include the full contact details of the enquirer. An administrative fee of £75.00 GBP will be charged. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card. Upon receipt of the request and payment, a response will be provided within seven working days.
